Beef Meat, Beef Fat, Fried Chopped Onion, White Breadcrumb, Eggs, Salt, Cold Water, White Pepper Powder and Contains Stabilizer as Permitted Food Conditioner

Cooking Instructions

STEAMING 

1. Preheat steamer to boiling temperature (100°C)

2. Cook frozen meatballs in the steamer for 9-10 minutes or until cook (72°C)

3. Meatballs ready to be served


FRYING

1.cThaw meatball before frying

2. Preheat pan with oil at medium heat (180°C)

3.cFry meatballs for 2-3 minutes or until the product turn brown


BOILING

1. Preheat boiling water to (100°C) 

2. Boil the meatballs for 7-8 minutes or until cook

Storage Method

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
