STEAMING 1. Marinate with mixture of starch, cooking oil and seasonings for 10 minutes. 2. Shape into small patties. 3. Once the water starts to boil, place the patties into the cooking pan. 4. Cover the pan and leave the patties to steam for about 10 minutes or until cooked. FRYING 1. Preheat pan with oil at medium heat (180°C) 2. Add in the desired portion of mince. 3. Stir frequently for 5-10 minutes to form crumble size. |
